Not as expectedComplicated and messy process compared to box dyes. The " roots" mixture when finishing at the end was so strong smelling.. It nearly made me pass out and there was no way i could leave it on my hair or continue to massage for 2-3 minutes because the fumes were so strong that it made it difficult to breathe. And couldn't find anywhere staying to be prepared for that it would've opened a window. Plus, didn't cover greys very well. Packaging doesn't say how long coloring should last either. Order not as requested.I'm a mother so coloring my hair and even having the time to is a treat. I colored my hair today and it's not what I requested. My gray roots are still visible. My hair that should be soft black is brownish. I requested a non brassy tolerant full coverage for my gray soft black. Awful.Color did not come out right at all. Contacted a salon and they adjusted color but it did not cover over the mistake of the first one. Made my roots look ridiculous. Most recent color turning pinkAagghh!!! My color is going from a dark red to pink, not at all what I wanted or expected. I requested a change in my color to more closely get my color to ginger biscuit red which should be more of a copper, less dark red, and will hopefully prevent this turning pink issue. I find it disturbing, especially since it has only been in my hair for less than 3 weeks. Didn't cover my graysThis is the second time I try this product. The first time, I followed the directions and my hair didn't pick up the color with one use so I did it twice since I had product left over and then my hair took up the dye. The same thing happened this second time around, none of my grays picked up the color so I have uneven color throughout.
