Did not cover greyThis is my second time ordering. I am completely disappointed. It didn’t cover my grey at all. It also left my roots a lighter color than the rest of my hair. Customer since 2011I have to agree with the other people finding the hair color is not working like it used to. I had always followed the directions and was happy with the results until about six months ago when I noticed that my hair was still a little grey afterward. I had a hairdresser suggest Nutrisse. Broken, dry hairI'm really upset with the damage this product has caused my hair. I have only used professional dye in my hair prior to this and have never had an issue like this, ever! I have broken hairs on both sides of my face, which normally are longer than my chin. About a day after dying my hair with this product, I noticed my long bangs were shorter, standing up and looked as if they had broken off. This is absolutely mortifying! I'm not comfortable using this product moving forward and will be canceling my subscription. It will take months to grow my hair back, not to mention deep conditioning the broken damage.
