Nicht meine Farbe!Es mag ja sein, daß die Farbprodukte an sich toll sind, meine Farbe wurde trotz Foto und Farbanpassung jedoch absolut nicht getroffen. No longer covers grays.I have been an esalon customer for almost two years. For the past few shipments, the color no longer covers my gray well. What it does cover , fades quicker, and it is no longer covering resistant grays that it had always covered in the past. This does not seem like the same quality product I have always received. Natürliche HaarfarbeHaarfarbe sieht sehr natürlich aus, leider war die Grauabdeckung nicht zufriedenstellend. Trotz langer Einwirkzeit und Einarbeitung lt. Anweisung. Sehr schade. Colour does not last, and more expensive.I am noticing what others have noticed. The colour does not last as it used to and it is more expensive. The price increase from December 2021 to February 2022 = 31% plus. The color wasn’t what I expectedSo, the products were great quality, nice presentation, but the color didn’t turn out anywhere near what it was supposed to be. Followed the directions to a tee. When I buy professional color similar to the color I had requested on here, it turns a dark black/ blue. I ended up maybe 2 shades darker than my current color at the time was, with no blue tint in sight.
