Left wonderingI have questioned the last several shipments, wondering what has changed? Initially I was told everything was the same but I can't believe that. My hair is left feeling coarse and brittle, the product is more difficult to mix and apply. Now I am seeing more reviews on your site that other people are experiencing the same problem. Having a hard time covering the gray with the last couple of orders. AwfulLiterally the worst hair dye I've ever had. Including the ones from superdrug. My roots and ends are different colours! Faded very quicklyColor faded within 2 weeks and gray hair was again visible despite following the instructions. I only wash my hair approximately 2x a week with color-safe products.
