Will doI think blonde is always a tricky colour to get right, I have now tried two different colours and I’m just not impressed. First attempt I got ginger roots and the second time is a bit better but it still looks patchy and different colours. Disappointed did not cover the grey roots and color was darker than expectedThis is my second order and very disappointed. It did not cover grey roots . What happened eSalon?You used to be so great and reliable, now your formula has changed, and won’t cover greys. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, but now I have no choice but to find a new hair color supplier. brassy orange colorI wanted to love this kit. I color my hair at home often and never have issues. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case with this kit. I specified I needed all over color as I was going a shade lighter. I was sent a “roots only” kit. The color was way off from what I requested. It was to be a medium blonde. It turned my roots a weird brassy, orange color and completely dried out my hair. I utilized the enclosed shampoo and conditioner hoping this would combat the dryness. It didn’t. I couldn’t even get a comb through my hair without a heavy dosing of leave in conditioner, which is not normal for my hair.
