Couldn’t get it rightI’ve had two goes now at getting the copper colour I get in a salon and both have been unsuccessful. Both times the colour has been much darker and redder than I wanted. After I shared pictures and feedback I thought my second colour would be spot on but it’s even worse, I’m so disappointed. Trop claire trop rouxJe veux changer de couleur ma couleur est roux trop claire je n aime pas . Color was way lighter on my rootsFor some reason this color gave my roots a golden hue while the rest of my hair was the darker, desired color I ordered. I was not happy at all with the look and this was the reason for my canceling. I received and was charged for a second round of color before I had a chance to try the first, otherwise I would have cancelled sooner to avoid being charged for two rounds of color. Same as most recent commentsWhat is going on with your products lately? There is a very distinct deterioration, and at a rapid speed! The last couple years the color has been sub-par and does not cover the grays and is very, very inconsistent, Did you get a new chemist? A new mixer, or maybe a new source of the raw materials? Clearly something is definitely off. I have been a loyal customer since 2013 without ever using color from another source since. What gives? Dull lifeless color that washes out in a weekAfter over two years of being a customer I finally give up. The color is never what I ask for, there is barely any red pigment in it and it’s disappointing every month. After a week it has half washed out already.
