wanted to color the rootsbut the color was darker then my other hair so i colored all hair, which was possible as there was enough color and hydrogene peroxyd left. then - after 1 week my roots were grey again - well the coverage of my grey hair was sufficient on the first sight - but a week later it was washed away. application and supplies were very comfortable- but the color was slightly too dark and the roots still grey - so you get 3 stars 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Product was openI did not get the chance to do my hair until this past weekend - Feb. 5. When I broke the seal on the box, the stuff in the squeeze bottle had leaked out because the lid was not tight. I took pictures if you care to see them. Un-happy hair(color)!I'd written you over a month ago to tell you I was unhappy with the previous haircolir shipment, as the results wrre WAY too dark, as compared to previous. I had NOT changed anything prior to that! I received no response but Now, you sent me another " refill" AND charged my VISA yet again! (NOT in keeping with your "100%satisfaction" guarantee! ) I am unsure whether you made any changes or not? Also, I am afraid the color will, once again, be darker than my original! Color is great, but damaged hair.I love the color and have used it three times now. I have used the same hair products for years, but noticed my hair has become tangled and difficult to brush since using the E salon product. When getting my hair cut it was pointed out that all of elasticity is gone from my hair from the color product. Pretty GoodI've only used it once, and the color is not quite right so I've asked for one shade lighter. It's very close though. I like the fact that there is more product versus what the box colors include, because I have long hair.
