Expected colorHmm, sad to write this review. My before hair color was dark brown and I wanted to get entirely copper colored hair from Esalon. The package and instructions came very professionally and i followed every details to how to color my hair. The result was I did not get copper colored hair and my previous color more likely to dominated on my hair. Great service and productI've used this product for 6 months now and am very pleased. The quality of product is very high, salon quality. My hair and scalp can really tell. The color lasts, and I always get compliments on my color after a dye. I love the step by step instructions and everything you need is included in the kit. A great deal for the price. The initial intake is thorough, as if you were doing it in person. It's easy to leave feedback for minor tweaks in color. One star off because we are still working to get my color right after 4 applications. I'm asking for a slightly more bold option, and I think they are just being conservative and going slow with the transition. I can respect that. Nice package.Nice package in the mail, everything you need to color your hair. I would continue using this product, if I could get someone to apply it for me. :(. I waited for help until Jan. none so I did it my self, hopefully I colored it all. Disability with hands and arms I just can't do things I'd like to do.
