Didn’t work for my hairYou sent two sets of hair color I use them both on in one time. It did not work at all. At least a little bit of color on my hair. It was nothing. I am surprised when I know from My bank account that they will sent me another set. Too harsh to my scalpI sooo love your hair colour and the whole concept but unfortunately I need to stop using it as every time I apply it, I have quite an intense burning and stinging sensation on my scalp for the first 2 days or so. Despite shampooing TWICE after each application! I used to ignore it, but as I just got a skin cancer diagnosis, this really scares me and I am now looking into more gentle alternatives. did not order - did not receive - did not receive creditI stopped my service in June 2021. In January 2022 I was sent, out ot the blue, a free color set due to order credits I had accumulated. One year after stopping my service, July 2022, I find my debit card was charged $33 for an order I did not place and it was mailed to an address that is no longer current.
