Much better than box dye!I can't commend the customer service enough, You work with the eSalon team by describing your needs and current hair condition, via email and sending pictures to your own consultant, it's almost the same as going to a professional just without the trip to the salon or the sad bank balance. They gave me very detailed instructions on how to use the product to get the best results - the colour was a little darker than expected the first time but they were happy to amend the next order (it takes time to build a mutual understanding with a salon stylist too). Application was very easy, colour remained fresh and bright even though I was using a harsh shampoo to fade the dark to replace with a lighter dye the following order! Not what I wantedMy hair is RED! :( I have been really busy with unexpected family events going on and just got a chance to do my hair and it is not medium brown mahogany at all it is full blown RED! Too darkMy hair came out almost black this time. I thought last time it was almost to the ash tint. Please fix it back to my first order I like it that color the best so far.
