Luv the productI don't feel comfortable using store bought hair color. I trust u guys to get me the right color and no damage to hair. So far so good. Luv the shampoos. Best Hair Color I've Ever UsedI have many hair color horror stories. Many about coloring my whole head only to find it too dark everywhere and the grays still gray. I've had major color damage from salon services, and some all out fails that left my hair a mess. I had almost given up on coloring and resigned myself to going gray in my mid 40's. I was also freaked out by changes in my hair texture and really bad breakage post a bad coloring incident, especially now that I'm wearing my natural afro-textured curly hair. This hair color treats my naturally curly hair really well. And the customer service instructions to add a hair masque to the routine has 100% made all the difference. Danielle S. did an AMAZING job selecting my colorI was a bit skeptical at first ordering a hair color online that I could not physically hold and consider. I love how esalon helps you select the perfect shade. I was a medium blonde with brassy, faded highlights. My roots (cool beige blonde) were overgrown by about six inches. I followed the prompts, and picked as close a shade as I could to my natural color growing out. I took a picture of my current color, and uploaded it for stylist Danielle to review. I told her I want to cover my highlights and have a natural hair color. The color I received was stunning, perfect match to my roots. I just colored on Saturday and I have already received many compliments. I am so happy with my purchase, and my color is beautiful. I do not have any complaints about the product, and am looking forward to my next touch up now that I have my signature color. eSalonI left the product on for 30 min and had to rinse it out after that time frame...my scalp is sensitive and it began to burn slightly...but it was OK...I thought the color was not blonde enough but I believe it might turn to a reddish blonde if I changed the color..?
