Toner set completely turned my hair grey green - covered all my highlights!Very dissatisfied with the toner addition. It covered all of my light blonde highlights and made my hair a weird coppery greyish green color. Hoping it will rinse out...totally ruined my color I finally achieved after a year! Very unreliable3 of my recent orders have been “lost in the mail”, and one was just entirely skipped for no apparent reason, so I haven’t been prepared to touch up my roots & color before 2 pretty major events, and have had to resort to drugstore hair coloring. Burned my hair more than other brandsColor was as I chose it but I’m going to adjust to a slightly darker color the next time. My only concerns with this companies formula is I had more than usual hair loss when I was rinsing the color out. It’s normal to have some hair loss when coloring but I had quite a bit more of hair burn than any other brands I’ve used like Madison Reed. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction.
