Stronger smelling product, did something change?I have been a satisfied customer since 2015. In the past I didn't noticed much smell after applying product to my head for 30 minutes, UNTIL this last color that I received Aug. 2022. I could not wait to rinse it out, it was that bad, yes. no value in this productI have sent in photos of my colored hair and highlights from several angles taken in natural lighting and this is the second time I have been sent a non compatible color product. I do not see the value of this product . Too much goldI asked to darken the shade and get rid of the gold. I loved the darker shade but it seemed even more gold than the lighter version. I really don’t like this color on me. Disappointed!!!For the past few treatments, I've had unsatisfactory coverage of my roots. With my Dec rush order, I raised the issue in a message and noted that I had discovered thru trial & error that I needed to leave the product on for 40 mins. I asked if that cld result in overprocessing, but got no response. Now I'm wondering if bottle application cld be the problem. The developer bottle is so small that when I pour in the color it's almost to the top, making it very difficult to properly mix thru shaking. I always start with the roots along my part, meaning that I'm always applying the liquid at the top of the bottle to that area. That's where I've had stubborn grey immediately post treatment. So my current theory is that I've consistently been applying the least well-mixed liquid at the top of the bottle to my part roots, where strong, well-mixed color is most needed! I plan to revert to using a bowl but I no longer have a brush. Can you please include one with my next rush order? I'm sure you can understand my disappointment - going to the trouble and expense of buying and applying color and making rush orders that take a week to arrive only to get spotty results. Not the colour I was expectingI requested a colour adjustment to add some red to my hair. All this colour adjustment did was darken my hair a bit with no hints of red at all. I like not having to go to a salon to have my hair coloured because I can do it from home. I have just asked for another colour adjustment, I hope the next colour adjustment is better than the last one. I think i was allergicThe packaging and instructions were five star. The smell is almost non existent in comparing with other hair colors. My hair is not dry yet but seems less shiny. Also I was allergic to this as it turned my whole face red and parts of my body that it touched became a bit itchy. It has been two hours.. no more itching but my face is still red.
