Wrong colorThe color that I ordered was dark brown (ASH). There is no reason it should have been orange. The rest of my hair is dark enough that it’s not too terrible but my roots are orange. Hair colorRecently received my color. Love the color but it stained my scalp terribly even after 5 shampoos I can't get it off and never touched the grey, no color at all on them. Believe me I followed the directions very, very carefully. Will not be reordering color again. I also ordered shampoo and conditioner and absolutely love it, hair is soft and shiney just as advertised.
