Far too bright and not for my skin toneThis was my first- and last - experience of using what is supposed to be a custom colour. I filled in the survey and provided pictures and the colour they decided would be great for me is anything but. I am currently a very bright red with pink tones and it looks terrible. I'm glad a bought a demi permanent colour and not permanent but I still suspect it is going to take weeks to wash out and I'm fearful the fade will leave me with pink hair. I've just gone on to Amazon and spent more money in products that will hopefully help. Never again. Sensitive hairI tried this once. Didn't care for it. The lady was really nice in Customer Service she gave me some advice. I went with it and tried 1 more time. Why I got a color plus 1. I dont know. My hair is only shoulder length and I only do my roots. Well I opened 1 package tried it as advised. Nope. It actually dries out my hair. My hair is short in areas so I can't help but it gets on the ends. Which causes more dry out. I returned to sender within the 30 days. Wrong colorThe color that I ordered was dark brown (ASH). There is no reason it should have been orange. The rest of my hair is dark enough that it’s not too terrible but my roots are orange. Hair colorRecently received my color. Love the color but it stained my scalp terribly even after 5 shampoos I can't get it off and never touched the grey, no color at all on them. Believe me I followed the directions very, very carefully. Will not be reordering color again. I also ordered shampoo and conditioner and absolutely love it, hair is soft and shiney just as advertised.
