Color is not what I wantedThis is my second time coloring with eSalon. First off, my grays do not take this color very well - I have to process for over an hour which might be why My hair feels really dry and damaged…. Also it’s auburn with red tones and I included in my review from last time that I wanted to remove the brassiness and neutralize red! Good pigment but leaves hair very dry.Not super happy with it. My hair is more than 60% grey, it did cover quite a bit of the greys but it left my hair very dry and the colour is very brassy, where it should have been ash. Loving the Color!!I really liked the shade of color and the excellent coverage. However, I really didn't like the texture of my hair after the process. NEVER AGAINI was not very happy with my results, the color did not cover my gray hair at all. I think it needed more than the 30 minutes it said to process. Other than that the rest of my hair looks and feels great. I will give your product one more chance before I move on. January 19, 2023, So I gave it another shot and I am even more disappointed than before, it's like I didn't even put dye on my hair!!! The directions only increased the processing time by 10 minutes, from 30 to 40, well I left it on for an hour and it did not make my hair look any different, still had all my gray!!
