Horribly inaccurate after hair stylist stepped in twiceI REALLY wanted this to work. But this color mix the hair stylist put together was basically black (I asked for brown with honey ends). The first color I ordered myself was good and since then I have had two complete misses. My hair is dry from trying to correct it only to end up with a cheap black color… twice. Fantastic packagingmy colour arrived in a neat personalised box, it appeared to be professionally packaged. How ever the colour didn't take to my hair at all, i followed the step by step instructions. Grey hair coverageThis formula did not cover any of my gray hair at all the first time so I'm not going to attempt to try to do it again not to mention one bottle is not going to be enough because I will need to do an all over color again. So I want to know if I can return this order & get my money back.
