Sometimes you know yourself betterI completed all of the appropriate information including adding pictures. The colorist customized a color they thought would suit me better than the color I had selected which I appreciated given I am far from a stylist. However, because my hair was two different colors, the ends darker, the color they customized did not blend the two together and instead left me with roots much lighter than they’ve ever been, gray hairs entirely exposed, and the length of my hair 2-3 shades darker than any of it. They are supposed to give me the color I originally requested for free but I’ve yet to get any response so we will see. Worst part is I had waited to grow out my old color as long as I could before coloring again and really thought this was going to be such a great at home remedy. About how this store worksI am not happy when I tried 1st purchase and I am surprised yesterday they charged me $33.77 for an order doesn't do for me. Is an auto purchase. So! I don't want to be forced to use a product that didn't order by me. Now I want to cancel the order and my money back. Because that purchase, I did in December was a test and I don't like it.
