Ma demande n'a pas été réaliséeJe souhaitais une colo pouvant faire partir ma couleur rousse, j' avais envoyé une photo afin que vous voyez bien la couleur. J'ai donc reçu ma colo dans l'espoir de pouvoir enfin voir ses cheveux roux disparaitre. Mais malheureusement celle-ci n'a quasiment rien changer ! I’m pretty upset my hair looks like shitMy roots are a different color from the rest of my hair wtf is that about? Everything was so nice up until I washed it out and it dried. I have never in all my 20 years dieing my hair have I ever had this problem! I won’t be ordering this again infact I have to do spend more money to go get my usual from Sally’s and do it again the way I normally do because unfortunately this was not good. Wrong colorI've been ordering color for awhile and haven't had any issues until now. It lifted me instead of depositing. I feel like someone mixed something wrong. I Contacted them to let them know and the response I received was basically they think it was mixed right. I guess what I would have liked for a response would have been a simple Sorry and how can we help fix things? I'm left to figure out now how to fix my hair!
