Not the right color for meFirst color was duller than what I thought I chose, a true copper auburn, what I got was a dark blonde with a hint of gold. Second adjustment I asked for a deep copper red. What I got was more blonde with a hint of copper and maybe just a touch of red, maybe. They really just want me to be a blonde, when I’m naturally a true auburn who wants to go richer in reds and coppers. Thank you, but not wasting the money for a 3rd try. Bad product good customer serviceI ordered a dark ash brown, what was sent was labeled as such but it turned my hair a light brassy brown and offered absolutely no grey coverage. I did have my stylist offer a new color but I decided to take the refund and run. I filled out everything correctly and followed the directions exactly so I’m not sure what went wrong but I’d never use the product again. It dries out my hairI have oily to normal hair and this solution dries and makes it frizzy. I don't like it at all. Will not be using again.
