Hated the colorDid not like the color at all. Like, counting down the days until it's safe to re-color with something better. Didn't cancel my next order in time so I got a second order. I followed the return instructions listed on the website and then.....nothing. I guess that's $35 I'll never see again. Completely different color than anticipatedI’m quite upset that the color my hair actually turned out to be is no where near what it should be. I naturally have medium dark brown hair and I wanted to go to a dark blond but instead it turned out copper. dissatisfactionI dyed my hair with this dye for the first time. The color is really beautiful, but although I kept the dye in my hair for the time you suggested, I saw that my whites did not turn off after I washed it. why could this have happened? Not the right color for meFirst color was duller than what I thought I chose, a true copper auburn, what I got was a dark blonde with a hint of gold. Second adjustment I asked for a deep copper red. What I got was more blonde with a hint of copper and maybe just a touch of red, maybe. They really just want me to be a blonde, when I’m naturally a true auburn who wants to go richer in reds and coppers. Thank you, but not wasting the money for a 3rd try.
