Overall happyThis time around it seemed like shipping took a little longer, but maybe I was just more anxious. I'm happy with the color mostly. A little darker brown than I was hoping for, but what covered my highlights (and yes, I know it says not to cover your highlights but I wanted the dimensions) turned out beautiful and the color i was hoping for. Hair colorFirst off there wasn't enough color to do my whole head it only covered half. Second I made note that my hair turns red with color so you have to watch the mix. Well it really turned red so apparently no one took that into consideration when making my color. So for the cost I believe I will just go back to a salon since I have to go have it highlighted anyway to cover some of the red. I love itI am very happy with my order. It was great to have a personal colorist (Vanessa W.) and personal attention to make sure I chose the correct color. The directions were easy as was the application. My color turned out great and the product did not suck the life from my hair. The price is right also.
