Zero ColorI asked for a Cooper color. I was very clear when picking the color I wanted. For some reason, they decided to give almost no cooper at all so it's basically just an ashy blonde which is what I was trying to change AWAY from. Needless to say I'm super mad about this. Going to have to go BACK to the old fashion of buying from Walmart way because at least then the only one I have to blame is myself when it reacts badly with my hair. Color is so flatThe color has no depth. it is the most boring brown i have ever seen. Before I could even stop it, another order had already shipped so now i owe shipping. Not very happy.
