Did not dye hair, but sure did damage itI used to bottles for my shoulder length hair. The dye got really hot on my scalp, but I still left it for the 35 minutes. When I washed it off, there was no color, but it definitely fried my hair and I lost a good chunk of hair while washing it off. Horrible!! Blotchy and uneven.The color was horrible! I followed the instructions exactly, but my hair was two different colors. My roots were so much darker than my ends and my ends were blotchy. I had to color it over with a darker color just to attempt to correct it. Kicking myself for not canceling my membership immediately and now I have another color set on the way.
