Hair color was not what I wanted. Not even close.This hair color was supposed to be a blond color, a correction after they messed up the first time and just copied my natural red hair color. Again, wrong color. No blonde, just the same red hair coloring. I don't think this company should be in business. They don't listen to you, accuse you of lying then say they'll make it right and do it all over again. Please don't waste your money here. Bad Color - Not Ginger its a Brassy Light Orange!Bad Color - Not Ginger its a Brassy Light Orange! I ordered the following color: Hair Color 6.4 Light Golden Copper Brown What I received was a light Red Blonde that made my color Orange. I had to contact a hair stylist to correct the color. I will NEVER order from this company again. 6.4 is NOT Light Redish Blonde. I've Canceled my Auto shipment and will return any orders that are sent to me and I'm requesting a full credit.
