Nice presentation but not the results I wantedGood price, presentation etc. however my hair was 2 colors (dark brown from the top but lighter about halfway down) because I dyed it previously and left the roots to grow out for ages. Anyway, I wanted my hair to be dark brown and I added pics/explanation that I wanted my hair to be one color all over. Hair color was not what I wanted. Not even close.This hair color was supposed to be a blond color, a correction after they messed up the first time and just copied my natural red hair color. Again, wrong color. No blonde, just the same red hair coloring. I don't think this company should be in business. They don't listen to you, accuse you of lying then say they'll make it right and do it all over again. Please don't waste your money here.
