Not quite what I asked for.I LOVED the color I got the first time. I tried asking for that color back, but because I needed to change the folor of the roots to a little bit of darker color they told me they had to change the ends as well. I do not understand that! ColorPoor gray coverage, roots faded out to red, resulting in my having 3 colors of hair--gray roots after 2 weeks, then faded red, then brown. I have taken to wearing hats. Horrible doesn’t even describe itI took the quiz and told the company I have blonde hair with some brassy pieces I wanted to LIGHTEN. I received dark brown hair color and have completely messed up my hair. I don’t understand how they could get it so wrong.
