Didn't make my hair the color I wantedMy hair seemed to be darker than I wanted it and it didn't have hardly any red in it. They do an excellent job of matching your complextion to the hair color, but this time it didn't turn out the way I was hoping it would.. I should have just went back to the color I first ordered from them in 2014, but my complection may not have matched it. Disappointed in the color but probably was partly my fault because I tried to tell them what color I wanted and I am known to not say exactly what I am trying to say. Anyway that is what one of my sisters told me. MagicI've dyed my hair for close to 15 years now. I never knew there was a noticeable difference in store bought dye. Well let me tell you, there is! The first time I tried eSalon was like magic. I chose the color I want and you can add to the color like red or blonde. When I saw my hair dry after dying my hair, it looked like I had been to a salon. There is such a difference to store bought. I will never go back to store bought hair dye. And eSalon is not expensive at all! It's cheaper than going to a salon and spending 100 dollars. I love what this does to my hair! I LOVE this color!Everyone tells me they love my color, then they ask me who does it! They can't believe it when I say "I did it"! Needed a trim and the stylist asked me who does my color, when I told her, she said "are they trying to put us out of business"!
