Communication is poorI emailed twice to get this amended and nothing was done. I cancel and I was still charged. I’ve finally called and had a refund but the shipping wasn’t and it’s £7. Not the colour I requestedI am still I'm shock. I ordered a dark blonde copper. My hair is now dark brown with hint of red tones. It's nowhere near blonde anymore. Disappointed ResultsI was excited to try eSalon after everything I had been reading about it. I was impressed with the package I received with the separate items labeled and placed neatly in their respective locations. Everything that could possibly be needed was included. The instructions and application were very simple and easy to follow. I loved the resulting hair color. However, after the first week, I noticed the color was fading faster than I anticipated. By 2 weeks, so much I was wanting to color it again. Thinking i maybe was at fault with the color I selected, I.asked for a different shade. Again, color faded. I tried one more time, and color faded again. Yes, I used shampoo for color treated hair and a weekly treatment conditioner from eSalon for insurance of lasting color. TerribleThis is the worst hair dye I’ve ever use since I’ve been dyed my hair for over 20 years. The color doesn’t stay. It washes out within a week. I do not recommend this. I recommend going to your nearest beauty store and continue buying the hair dye that you’ve been loyal to. THERE IS NO WAY TO STOP THESE PEOPLE FROM SENDING YOU PRODUCT YOU DO NOT ORDER!!E-Salon is a MONEY PIT!! You order ONCE from them and there is NO WAY IN HELL to contact them to CANCEL your order! If you want to be paying for the rest of your life for some shit you only wanted to try ONCE...then you are in the right place... Refunding your moneyI will never do business with this company again. I urge all of you to reconsider in ordering. I was charged over $33 for a delivery that I was told I could send back via my mailman, and since our mailman has been with us for years when I handed him to package to be returned to the sender he took care of it as he always has. I have called the company twice trying to get my refund I have canceled my account of course and they're telling me they have not received the product back yet, this is been over one month ago. So evidently with this company the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. So I'm out the money and for some reason I happen to send back online shopping a different product with another company and lo and behold they received it within 5 days. Decent Product Wrong ColorIt is better than drugstore colors and it comes with a good amount of product. I have a lot of hair and was able to cover it all. CouleurBonjour, j'ai utilisé pour la première fois la coloration que vous m'avez envoyé. Rien à dire quant à la qualité des produits. Cependant, la couleur obtenue est trop foncée à mon goût.
