Je suis rousse !Joli envoi, pas trop cher la première fois, mais le résultat quelle déception ! HorribleI have contacted E Salon 3 times, once the day I colored, again about a week later and then again with the “tell us” email. No response from anyone. The color did not do anything for grey coverage which was my biggest issue, it ended up being much lighter than it should have been and looks horrible. Much lighter than the color showed. It looks worse now than it did with grown out greys. It feels so damaged at this point and it did not feel this way before this color or after any other coloring I have done in the past which was at least a year before this coloring. Completely unsatisfied and just wanted them to remake a better color with the grey coverage it should have but nobody has responded or even bothered to email back to me reaching out 3 times since coloring. Just okayThe ordering process was easy, my stylist was very helpful, and applying the color was easy, but the color is just okay. Usually when I color my hair or have it colored, there's a noticeable difference and my hair is shiny. I barely noticed any change and my hair is still dull. Plus, it faded super fast despite using products safe for color, never going in the sun, and washing my hair no more than 2 or 3 times per week. Box said Medium Ash Blond, but hair is now Light to Medium AuburnMy hair had a nice shine and healthy texture when I started. The color was just as I wanted it, and I uploaded three photos to the website before my first order. The box arrived and stated it was a Medium Ash Blond. I applied the color exactly per the directions. My hair is now Light to Medium Auburn with very orangey roots. I am wondering if they hire colorblind "colorists" because in no universe would this be considered even close to what I requested. Additionally, the texture of my hair after using this product was extremely dry and somewhat brittle. I have never had issues with this when having my hair done at the salon, or even when I used grocery store box products long ago. Ruined textureI'm not happy with the texture of my hair after using the product. The color was fine, but the texture felt like the cuticle is still open. I've never had this rough texture before.
