Coming out redNo back-and-forth communication with the colorist. I provided my initial request and then this was shipped to me without any talking with me, or showing me a photo. I ran with it and now my hair is -- again -- quite red. I am mostly disappointed in the way this was handled. Anwendung der Farbe sehr gut, aber das Ergebnis ist wahnsinnig dunkelDie Coloration lässt sich kinderleicht anwenden, hat eine tolle Textur und einen angenehmen Geruch. Da mir die Intensivtönung schon nach dem Auftragen auf dem Ansatz sehr dunkel erschien, lies ich die Längen statt 10 nur 5 Minuten einwirken. WORST COLOR EVER!!!I ordered a color that would work with my hair. They chose to send “my stylists choice” for me instead! It was an utter, total disaster! Went to Walmart with a hat on head to purchase a product called “oops” e-salon OPPS not mine! Thanks again- looks worse than before I started. Don’t understand why they even ask you what color you’d like if they’re just gonna grab some color they’re not selling from shelf!!!
