Loved this haircolorAlthough the process can be messy, it's well worth it and a lot less expensive than the salon. I was so pleased with the color and the tinted gloss. So many compliments from people at work on the color. Will order again and again! Added Comment: Still love the color but subsequent purchases of other products have been met with disappointment. DissapointedI have dark brown hair and the color I picked was suppose to help lighten it a bit and give it a nice violet/red hue. Did the strand test and it looked pretty good. So I dyed the rest of my hair today and I'm so disappointed with the color. Definitely doesn't look like the color I chose at all and you wouldn't even know I dyed my hair at all unless I'm out in the sun. Even then there's only a slight color difference. Poor customer serviceI tried the product 3 times. Burned my head 3 times and turned my roots orange. When I sent the info to the colorist, I was told I was not applying it correctly, but that they would make some changes with the next shipment. Nothing appeared to change with that shipment. It did not cover all the grays and my grays were showing well prior to the next shipment. I have dyed my hair with home color that lasted longer and colored my hair uniformly at a much cheaper price. I also requested to go lighter and was told that was not possible.
