Excellent color and serviceI'm just turning 50 and my hair is brownish-grey with an odd greenish tinge, and I color it brown/auburn. I am in a high-visibility profession and box colors were not looking professional and were damaging my hair. I started going to an all-natural "bio salon" and paying exorbitantly for color, which did not last well even with a mineral rinse to try to extend it. I felt trapped: paying so much for so little, but afraid to go back to box colors due to their damaging effect. I decided to try e-salon and I am amazed. Not only is my color so much richer and longer-lasting but, get this, MY HAIR FEELS THICKER AND HEALTHIER than when I was visiting the bio salon! (I am still using their natural shampoo and conditioner.) I don't get it, but I am so excited to be paying a fraction of what I was paying. Too DarkI liked the way the hair made my hair feel, but it was too dark. The hair dye that was assigned to me made my hair several shades darker than my hair color. The first time I requested to have the shade changed to a lighter color, I was advised that it was not possible for me to get a lighter color. Instead I was given instruction of how to dye my hair. The second time I requested for a color adjustment to a lighter shade, I received no response to my request from eSalon.
