Love It!I absolutely love my hair color. When I first seen it, I didn't like it, but after my hair was dried and styled, I was extremely happy. At some point I might want to go a little lighter, but for now, I'm cool. The covering of the gray hair blew me away! It change the color of the gray and now I have highlights. Great StuffI was spending a small fortune having my hair dyed at the salon because I couldn't find over the counter she that would cover gray and left my hair looking beatiful. Well the search is over. Custom mixed to the exact color I want. Covers gray and leaves my hair looking great. And now I can even she my hair in the middle of the night if I want rather than when I can get an appointment. Best Color Product I've UsedI've used boxed product from the store and have had my hair treated in salons with each experience leaving my hair dried out and unhappy; taking weeks to recover ONLY to be repeated. It was an awful cycle that was until I tried eSalon's formula. Not only do I appreciate the service and customization you can't buy in a store, the product is kind to hair .. Not Right ColorI asked to go a little redder and my hair looks brown. Not happy. I have a big presentation for my company and now I have to spend over $100 to fix it. I don;t understand what happened. The first color was good, I just wanted a little more red? I have stopped my order till I hear from you. Not sure what to do from here.
