Not Right ColorI asked to go a little redder and my hair looks brown. Not happy. I have a big presentation for my company and now I have to spend over $100 to fix it. I don;t understand what happened. The first color was good, I just wanted a little more red? I have stopped my order till I hear from you. Not sure what to do from here. Custom colorMy last hair color I got from you made my hair sticky like gum. Ended up having to go to a salon to get it fixed spending $30.
