QualityThe hair color expert has done an excellent job. Color works great. There is no cons. Reason for the 4 star is the color is not as deep, i.e, dark as I expected. Other than that. I have no other complaints. I just requested a deeper shade. I am confidant that I would love my next shade. Thanks for your expertise "eSalon". Glad I made the choice to purchase. Love My New Color!!I was afraid of dying my hair because I thought my gray would come out to be some bright color or that it wouldn't cover my gray at all. Great multi-dimensional colorI love the multi-dimensional color and I like the coverage that I got from this product I will be ordering as long as I want to dye my hair. I would like to see a revision done on the formula; perhaps a drip-less formula. This product makes a HUGE mess on everything because it drips everywhere. This is not so bad if you're using a light color, but I'm using the darkest brown (practically black) and it drips EVERYWHERE no matter what precautions/protections I take.
