Disappointed...I stated I had long hair... colour only covered top layer if I had known I would have ordered two but as customised I assumed this would be taken into account when I filled my details in. Color was fabulousI loved the product at first. The color came out amazing and did not fade. The issues I found later was it was drying out my hair and became brittle, breaking easily. I have always had very thick hair and all of a sudden my hair seemed thin and flat. odd formulathis order had a strange waxiness to it. It did not rinse easily and left a film on my tile I had to use ajax to remove. It also left a stickiness on the gloves and was just not at all like the previous order or any other hair color i have ever used. Great shadeAs a retired colorist, I never liked going to get my hair dyed by another hairdresser. I was a skeptical about this product, but it is wonderful.
