AmazingI have spent a lot of money in the salon trying to get a great color. I have also used boxed color from local stores. This is my first time trying an online color service, and I am amazed. I love the personalized box with the color kit and shampoo and conditioner samples, which smell great and make my hair feel really good. My hair tends to turn orange when I put blonde color on it, so I was so happy to see a gorgeous blond result with no orange tones! Wonderful color and product!I received my specially mixed hair color and was impressed with the color kit. It absolutely contained everything needed to achieve my color. Not what you thinkWhen doing your personal review you are able to choose what color your hair is then what color you want it to be. I did just this, going about a shade lighter. Got my kit in, very nice. Colored my hair and it colored my grey as well as highlights in my hair. I did message my "stylist" to let her know it was great however not the shade I chose. She says "you can't color previously colored hair" So why is it an option to Chios your color? She says she can adjust my color to where my hair will lighten over time... A week later my highlights are showing and I'm not happy. I message my "stylist" once more and still I'm waiting for a reply. Remove me from this site.Initially I loved your product, however, for the last 3 deliveries, I have had problems with the hair color. 1) it stained my skin, and it took about a week for it to fade (this was in addition to the stain remover in the kit) 2) the color didn't last and within 2 weeks my roots were very prominent 3) on the last delivery the color was more of a dark brown than auburn. Good end color, poor processIn the end, I do like the color of my hair. However, it took me a full 30 minutes to rinse the dye from my hair. I literally ran out of hot water before the water started running clear. Additionally, the dye collected at my roots and I had to use my fingernails to scrape it out of my hair.
