Remove me from this site.Initially I loved your product, however, for the last 3 deliveries, I have had problems with the hair color. 1) it stained my skin, and it took about a week for it to fade (this was in addition to the stain remover in the kit) 2) the color didn't last and within 2 weeks my roots were very prominent 3) on the last delivery the color was more of a dark brown than auburn. Good end color, poor processIn the end, I do like the color of my hair. However, it took me a full 30 minutes to rinse the dye from my hair. I literally ran out of hot water before the water started running clear. Additionally, the dye collected at my roots and I had to use my fingernails to scrape it out of my hair. Love everything about it!I love my color. Had to change one time and it was done so well. Love the packaging. Seems so luxurious. Very easy site to use and getting started was very easy. Love, love, love it!The hair color I received was exactly the shade I wanted. It looked good the first day it was colored. Not like the salon when it's too dark and takes a few days to calm down to the color you want. There was plenty of product and my grays still haven't come through, even after 5 weeks.
