Love the love of eSalonReceived my first order was very impressed with the packaging, details expressed the love eSalon takes in impressing their customers. Then I colored my hair covered all my grays did not stain my skin washed off easily: though they include a stain cream I did not need it. I received Blue Black and for the first time, it did'nt leave my grays blue as other over the counter product my grays were black!; even with the rest of my hair.... I have wrote in to my color specialist to adjust the color to jet black as I prefer a deeper black and I'm confident they will deliver what i need... Cant wait to receive my next shipment.. The best hair color experience I've ever had!Strong statement to make! Indeed, but true. This product is excellent, it meets all requirements needed to have the hair color you want. Take it up with a deeper richer color or bring it down some, with adding soft glossy highlights. Having someone who mixes your hair color to meet your desires, is the most wonderful thing to happen to coloring your hair. Finally answers and products for problems you might be having with your hair. Someone who can truly and professionally advise you how to solve issues you have with your hair. 1st orderI tried the color. 1st it broke my scalp out with some type of sores. I must have been allergic to something in the hair dye!? . . . I DO NOT, NOR DID I WANT ANOTHER SHIPMENT SENT TO ME! Especially after such a BAD EXPERIENCE with not only the hair dye itself, the COLOR was NOT AT ALL WHAT I THOUGHT, ORDERED OR EXPECTED. I DO NOT WANT ANYMORE HAIR COLOR FROM YOUR COMPANY.
