eSalon Colors does not work for African American Hair!I used the color kit, and it did not work on my hair. After I used there kit my hair came out the same as before I used the kit. I contacted customer service, they went to talk to the colorist Leianna H. and she is very inexperienced with hair coloring for a person that is post to be a licensed cosmetologist. Leianna H. said that the hair color would not work on my hair. The best question is. Why would you send a customer a color kit if you knew that it would not work? Girls.. save yourself I would not recommend the color kits. The only positive thing that I would say is that there shampoo is pretty good. Honestly thats about it.
