Not impressedI ordered a cool dark blonde for my medium brown hair. After dying it, they looked pretty the same, beside brassier tones. (wich I'm not a fan!) Great color, but 1 big issueThe custom color shade was good. The big issue for me was the way my hair felt after coloring. I followed the instructions down to the last letter-but it left my hair feeling over processed and damaged. My hair usually feels especially silky and looking great after coloring it. Love my color!I asked for a dark brown/violet shade. My hair had been colored in a salon previously, and my ecolorist emailed back letting me know that my color couldn't be made as dark as in the salon. She suggested that I stay with my salon color.
