HAIR FALLOUTSince I have to pick a star to write a review, I went with one. When I colored my hair with your product, at first I was happy. Although, it didnt give me the highlights I need. When it came time to get my next order, I had just had a MASSIVE HAIR LOSS!! I have thin straight hair, but alot of it. Well, I used to! I know hair loss is normal, who doesnt? But I lost 75% of my hair in 2 weeks. I asked my husband if he was giving chemo in my sleep! It was traumatic!! I watched huge chucks of hair go down the drain and my husband had to unclog our shower drain whenever I washed my hair! My hairdresser even commented on the loss. My doctor did alot of tests on me to make sure the loss was not because of something in me not right. Now to say all that, I have ALWAYS been careful with my hair. The ONLY thing I had changed, was my coloring. I have been hiding so no one sees my head. I now have tiny hairs growing in and I get to deal with that. I had to cut my long hair to make it less noticeable. This "savings" on my hair color, has cost me more than ALOT of money now. With medical visits and tests, to my hairdresser, to my emotional freakout, I WILL NOT order again or recommend to even my worst enemy! I have been reading reviews for this product all day and have not seen anyone else comment like mine. Has anyone had hair fallout after using this product? Any lawyers on here? Not anywhere close to what I asked for.I asked for light brown with golden tone. Specified no copper. My hair looks the color of a copper penny. This isn't any different than the last 1 before I asked for no copper. I let whoever I talked to know my natural color hair is red. So it pulls the copper. After looking at the paperwork with the mixture, it has a lot of copper. If I get an email address to send a pic of an over the counter color that I have purchased in the past. This is what I was trying to get you guys to come up with. I will also send pic of the color it is after using your solution. I love the color of the OTC. If you can match it great. Perfect color matchPerfect color match just the smell is strong and lingers for a few days even with multiple shampooing.... was satisfied but my color is perfect now, haven't used the second shipment yet and don't think I will need more for the next while...hairstyle changed and hides/ blends the grey quite nicely....however, great product...keep it up and make women happy!... Beautiful colorLove the color. Love how easy it is to use. Love price and quality. Still struggling to get the few grey hairs totally colored on sides of face by my ears and at temple. I saturate them first and last, do time exactly. Maybe I just have super stubborn greys there. Was a little better this last time.
