I'm delighted!The first order, ended up with a bit too much red. I sent photos and my colorist recommended changes which on the second color looked great! Nice depth of color but it gets priceyThe first application was beautiful (likely due to the gloss add in product that was free for first time users), the second application was dull and weak, no gloss. The third application was better but not as nice as the first by far so I guess I have to have the gloss.
