I love my color!I'm so thrilled with my color, I want everyone to know about it. Not only is my color great, but the ease of using the color was great....along with it's texture, softness and easy handling and styling. It wasn't always this way though. My first few hair coloring experiences through eSalon were disappointing, at best. Luckily, I tried ONE more time to explain what I wanted for my hair. As of my last hair coloring, I have what resembles the hair color I've been looking for. Now I can comfortably process my hair and know I will be happy with the end result. Thank you to my colorist who put in the hours to help me out and will probably be put in a pickle to help me again in the future (and I decide on some other change in my hair). The instructions are easy to follow and concise. This is a money saver without looking shabby. Nor am I pushed into buying other products from eSalon. I can browse the site on my own time and see if there are other products I would like to try. Although, I have always enjoyed "having my hair done," this keeps me on track with my budget and is self satisfying when the mirror reflects the me I want to be. Keep up the good work and thank you. Great idea but yucky productThe idea of this company is great but this actual product is gross. It's thick and chucky, hard to rinse out.
