First time userSo my hair has grey lots in the front. Browns and reds. I wanted a hint of purple. It covered my grey lovely and in certain light can see purple but not covered great on rest. ConvenientI like the convenience of the product the color is good just not thrilled with shampoo and conditioner. I don't feel like if cleans my hair good enough. Perfect color balance after a few adjustmentsI was impressed finally getting a perfect colour balance. I would have got five stars if the colour was permanent. I noticed every time I washed my hear colour came out, it was a colour safe shampoo. Before the roots were growing the colour had a ginger cast as the balance was lost.
