Sooooo excitedI wish I had ordered sooner. I am happy with the easy to follow instructions. My hair is finally the same color thru out!!! No more lighter shade at the roots and the lower ends of my hair extremely dark. I highly recommend eSalon. My hair has not been this soft, and colored beautifully. Loved the resultsI was super skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but decided to order anyway. Because some of the reviews stated their hair felt dry afterwards, I decided to buy the conditioner as well. I'm very happy I did. The color came out just the way I wanted, light strawberry blonde. I have hard to cover greys, which are really white hair. I can still see a little of my white sparkles,but it's ok. It looks like highlights really, so I would have to say the coverage was amazing! My last color I bought from the store didn't cover any of them at all! Bottom line is that I would totally recommend this product with the conditioner. Long time coming!I so apologize for not writing a review sooner! e-Salon truly saved my hair coloring dilemma! After losing my job during the great recession, I had to cut professional hair and nail care out of my budget. I was 58 yrs old at the time and decided to let my auburn hair grow out to what would be my now natural grey color. It grew out as a very washed out blonde color that took away all vibrancy to my face. I then started buying the commercial "color boxes" L'Oréal/Clairol/etc. My satisfaction level with these products was 0. I found e-Salon on Facebook, cut a small portion of my younger son's hair (he has my same hair color), and matched it to the color that I am using to this day. I just turned 65 and still have my beautiful shade of auburn. It's a very consistent product and costs a fraction of having it colored at a salon. Beautiful Color!!! Not lasting two full weeks...I absolutely love my color now that my colorist changed it by adding more intense red. The only problem is the color isn't lasting a full two weeks. By the end of the first week, blonde is starting to show and before the second week is over, 3/4 of my hair is back blonde. I'm only shampooing it once or twice a week, only washing when it's absolutely necessary. It hasn't made a difference though. I really love this color and getting it in the mail is so convenient so I don't want to stop using it. HIDEOUS!Not impressed. Asked for dark blonde. Got RED! Ugh. Originally light blonde but you turned me red. Also autoplan. Really? Don't remember seeing that when I ordered. Not the right colour and terrible texture problemsAfter using the eSalon hair dye, I found it had a terrible waxy surface to my hair, it was actually scary while I was in the shower. It took 6 washes with clarifying shampoo to remove the wax texture. In addition, the colour was much darker than I had asked for and looked dull and matte.
