Thank You eSalon!!!!My hair has been colored by myself or a proffessional for over 30 years. After retiring I started coloring my hair at home using my stylist's formula. Even with all the tweaks to formula over the years, there was still a harshness to my copper red color. I am amazed and delighted wih the formula provided to me by eSalon....they listened and got it absolutely right the very first order!! Easy and Amazing Color!This was my first time to use this product. I was skeptical at first as I have not had good luck with the typical box coloring at the store and yet the cost of having my stylist color my hair was too expensive. I was VERY pleased with this product; the ease in application; the instructions were clear and easy to follow; the attention by your staff to make sure my color was as close to my current color; and the cost was very reasonable! I swear by this!I absolutely love my hair color. The colorist has nailed it. After sending in pictures then later changing my mind about what I wanted, my color remains brilliant and beautiful. I color over 50% gray every 5 weeks. My hair is "fine" but there is a lot of it. This product does not dry my hair like the store bought (and even a bad salon). I have gotten quite a few compliments with my most recent color change. Two of them from professional salon owners. Touch up roots colorI am satisfied with the last root touch up color. I only use 1/2 of the mix so I would like change my shipment date to every 3 months. My hair has thinned over the years. Thanks 1 de 2 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Customer Service is Top NotchMy first custom color was a little darker than I wanted and I changed my mind last minute when I got my first shipment of root touch up that I would like a change. They made the change swiftly and made it easy for me to exchange the product. The new color is fantastic!
