Lovely color matchI am using the Demi color and the esalon team matched my dark brown perfectly. The reason for the four stars is that even with double the time on my "side burn" hairs, it still doesn't cover the grey. Loved this haircolorAlthough the process can be messy, it's well worth it and a lot less expensive than the salon. I was so pleased with the color and the tinted gloss. So many compliments from people at work on the color. Will order again and again! Added Comment: Still love the color but subsequent purchases of other products have been met with disappointment.
