No.I have been coloring my hair at home for 22 years. This was the most difficult and messy home application kit I’ve ever used, and the color (I ordered a copper mahagony) is mousy brown. Didn't like it!It was supposed to be a reddish-brown, it turned out more of a maroonish color. I wish I had never tried it. It was now where near a brownish-red. I usually use Preference by Loreal BR1 (cinnamon) Mega Brown and told them. I thought I'd get something close, but that was not the case. I'm so glad I canceled after I got the first one. AVOID!! JUST GO TO THE HAIRDRESSERSI'm not sure who you have mixing the colours but they need sacking! My first ever order arrived today couldn't bare the excitement of my new salon coloured hair. Followed the instructions down to a T to make sure it turned out just the way it should. As applying the product it started to look quite dark on the places I'd added it to keeping in mind on the test I noted that I had yellowish blonde hair and was looking for the ashy blonde shade shown (that I could apparently have with my original hair colour) so all completed did the 2 to 3 min scrub into my hair with water. Decided I would wash out shampoo condition and style before I properly looked and hey presto job done I now have orange yellow hair no ashy tone at all just an orange tinge to the yellow underbase!! Two different colors!!!!I look awful! I wanted a red like I usually go with. I had quite a bit of grow out, So my kit came with a root color and an end color. These are two wildly different colors!!! My roots are a deep brown and my ends are a bright, bozo-esque, red.
